Why should I shop with Forever Impressed?
With Forever Impressed, as a customer, you are given the time and attention you require when purchasing keepsakes and gifts. Your photos and special occasions are important to you and therefore it's important to us that you are 100% happy with the keepsake you choose and the service you receive. We are happy to assist you with your orders via email or over the phone. If you are thinking of placing an order but aren't sure about your photos then we are happy to have a look at them for you and we will always give you an honest opinion. We pride our business on personalised service, prompt response and great communication with our customers, not to mention gorgeous keepsakes and gifts.
How do you print photos and designs onto the products?
Forever Impressed uses Dye-sublimation printing which is a process which is primarily used to print on polyester or other synthetic fabrics. The dye sublimation inks are a pigment suspended in a liquid solvent like water. The images are initially printed on coated transfer paper as a reverse image of the final design, which is then transferred onto polyester fabric in a heat press operating at a temperature around 180 to 210 C (375 F). Under high temperature and pressure, the dye turns into a gas and permeates the fabric and then solidifies into its fibers. The fabric is permanently dyed so it can be washed without damaging the quality of the image or without the worry of fading, cracking or peeling.
How long does an order take?
You will find listed under each of our products the order completion time for that specific keepsake. There are typical two time frames 24-48 hours or 5-7 days depending on the product and the the design requirements. We do have high peak order times which are typically, Mother's Day, Father's Day and Christmas. We always inform our customers of the process of their order once its been placed.
What is included in the price?
The price for each keepsake and gift includes, gst, basic photo editing and adjusting, the addition of text, printing and free gift wrapping. We will always email you a proof of your design to ensure that you are completely happy with all aspects of what we are about to print. Changes that you require are edited for free. Prices do not include more intensive photo editing such as background removal and manipulation, with most of our products these options are available in the attribute choices and applicable fees are stated. Postage and handling is not included in the price but you can get an instant quote from the shopping cart area.
Can you create a custom-made design for me?
Yes, we can most certainly create a custom-made design for you. All you require to do is to send us your photos, any graphics you'd like to use or let us know what graphics you need, the text you would like included and colouring. Once we know what your design needs are we will give you a quote which never contain any hidden costs or fees, the price we quote will be the final cost. We will create up to 3 initial designs for you that we will email to you, you can let us know what changes you would like made or confirm the design that you wish to use.
